Infinity Story

Terms

The rules for using Infinity Story. Plain language, and short on purpose.

Last updated 3 September 2026.

The game

Infinity Story is an adventure game for phones. Scenes are generated as you play and served from our servers, so the game needs an internet connection to work.

By playing, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, play with the agreement of a parent or guardian, and ask them before buying anything.

Credits

One credit moves the story forward one scene. Free credits refill on their own, up to a limit. Credit packs can be bought through the App Store or Google Play.

Credits are a feature of the game, not money. They have no cash value, they cannot be transferred, exchanged or sold, and they exist only inside Infinity Story.

If a scene fails to be generated, the credit spent on it is returned automatically.

Refunds on purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We can restore credits that a store confirms were paid for and not delivered.

The number of free credits, how fast they refill, and what a pack contains may change as the game develops. Credits you have already bought are not taken away by such a change.

Fair use

Play the game as a game. Do not automate it, script it, or try to reach the servers other than through the app; do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service; and do not try to steer the story towards content that is unlawful or that the game is plainly not meant to produce.

We may suspend access that damages the service or spoils it for other players.

The shared world

Scenes are generated once and kept for everyone. A branch you open may later be walked by another player, and a branch someone else opened may be waiting for you. Nobody owns a scene, and we may edit or remove any of them.

The artwork, writing, name and design of Infinity Story belong to us. Generated scenes are part of the game and are licensed to you for playing it, not for redistribution.

Availability

The game is offered as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that every scene will generate, or that it will run on every device.

Features may change, and the game may one day be discontinued. If that happens we will give reasonable notice in the app beforehand.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the current version, and material changes are announced in the app.

Any dispute is handled by the competent courts of the operator's place of establishment. Questions go to hello@infinitystory.fun.
